Downtown Dutch Colonial

Located near downtown Larchmont, NY, the owners sought to create a more comfortable and useful backyard through a veranda for outdoor dining and patios for outdoor lounging.  The design has been approved by the Village planning and architectural review boards with a building permit issued in October 2022.  Construction was completed in the Summer of 2023.

New Kitchen in New Rochelle

In this 1930s New Rochelle residence, the currently separate (and small) kitchen and formal dining room are being combined into a singular Eat-In Kitchen, combining a modern, open plan with traditional detailing that complements the existing architecture. Design is in-progress with construction slated for mid-2023.

Two existing closets adjoining this Mamaroneck home's entry hall are combined and outfitted with built-in storage to create a family mudroom – without the need for an addition. Bi-folding doors allow the "mudroom" to disappear.
