New Kitchen in New Rochelle

In this 1930s New Rochelle residence, the currently separate (and small) kitchen and formal dining room are being combined into a singular Eat-In Kitchen, combining a modern, open plan with traditional detailing that complements the existing architecture. Design is in-progress with construction slated for mid-2023.

"Insta-Mudroom"

Two existing closets adjoining this Mamaroneck home's entry hall are combined and outfitted with built-in storage to create a family mudroom – without the need for an addition. Bi-folding doors allow the "mudroom" to disappear.
