Downtown Dutch Colonial 

Located near downtown Larchmont, NY, the owners have created a more comfortable and useful backyard through a veranda for outdoor dining and patios for outdoor lounging.  The design was approved by the Village planning and architectural review boards in 2022 and construction was completed in the Summer of 2023.
