Family Room and Mudroom Addition   

This addition creates new spaces with direct access to the home's existing kitchen:  a new family room,  pantry, mudroom, and backyard deck. Openings and window placement allow for a view corridor from the home's front entry to the rear yard.  The project is currently under design (2026) and submitted for permit review. Construction expected in 2027.
