Combined Kitchen and Dining Room
In this 1930s New Rochelle residence, the currently separate (and small) kitchen and formal dining room are combined into a singular 280 SF Eat-In Kitchen, combining a modern, open plan with traditional detailing that complements the existing architecture. A mudroom addition provides a light-filled family entance with plenty of storage. Completed in Fall 2024.
Built-in shelving, cabinetry and paneling surround and disguise an existing masonry chimney.
